Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important Update

Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for returns.
Size exchanges are allowed for the same jacket only.
For every exchange request, the customer must bare the shipping fee for both sides.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns must be sent to:

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us right away if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item delivered

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we only allow exchanges for the same jacket. Once your return is accepted, we will process your exchange.

Refunds

  • COD orders: Refunded as a Mayday gift card
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

Recommendation

We highly recommend filming your unboxing. It not only helps with content but also makes the claim process much smoother if anything is wrong.
